Exactly as advertised. When my wife, an excellent cook, is away, I couldn't ask for a better solution. I microwave, eat a good proportional meal, & discard the tray - 3 times per day/7 days per week. I don't like to cook so much, don't like to count calories, don't like to clean up big kitchen messes. This works for me. Mid-Jan, 242 lbs. Today, 221.1 lbs. Digestive health is excellent. I haven't been hungry, haven't noticed any deficit. I can focus on life, not food.
