BUYER BEWARE! Don’t order seafood from them, they don’t stand behind their product, called to tell them it’s bad fish, rotten, they tell you it’s a matter of taste, and it is just absolutely rotten fish and the quality is terrible. Don’t waste your money, you can get wonderful prepared meals at your supermarket that are healthy low-fat and taste great, and if there’s a chance its bad they will refund your money. If your going to order from this company the breakfast dishes are the only thing worth getting.

The food is horrible my dog won't even eat it. I have tried numerous times to contact them placed on hold for 30 min finally gave up left messages today was the first time I received a return call. No they cannot do anything for me what a shock! I am throwing $400 worth of tasteless garbage away.

This company is the worst. I placed the order and was supposed to be able to modify the menu. It wouldn't allow me to modify it until 24 hours later and then it defaulted to whatever the default menu was so the food I received was all wrong. Then their system told me it would arrive on Tuesday, 11/6 and it apparently arrived the Friday before. I live in an apartment building so I didn't look for it on Friday and by the time I received it, the food was completely spoiled. They then had the gall to speak to me like I was a criminal because of their screw up. Do not use this service. It's a total rip off.

My experience with BistroMD was very disappointing. While the customer service reps were certainly pleasant, the product is terrible. The frozen and tasteless meals makes regular frozen supermarket diet offerings taste exceptional. And it’s a lot of work/steps to place an order...I recommend against this plan.

Purchased $123.19 in food. Ended up throwing it all away. 100% bland, zero taste or flavor at all. Potatoes are basic but how can anyone remove 100% of any taste or flavor and leave a white lump of nothingness. Ordered the cheesecake and they were grainy. I like simple plain food but this was horrible! Inedible.

Customer service representative was very rude to my wife when she wanted to change her plan. The website is not very well built and doesn't seem to work properly. For example when we placed our order we got no confirmation it went through, just a blank screen. We only knew it went through when we got an notification from the credit card company. The next thing that really bothers me about bistroMD is that they charge you weeks in advance. You get charged for the second week before you recieve the first week. And the third week before you recieve the second. The whole reason my wife tried bistroMD was to reduce stress and make healthy eating something she didn't have to worry about. unfortunately so far the experience has pretty much been the opposite. The sad part is for what the food is my wife thinks it tastes pretty good. And I could overlook issues with ordering and the website if the customer service was helpful or at least decent but unfortunately that has not been our experience.

No complaints about the food but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They somehow failed a to ship my order and then acted as if were my fault! I have been a customer for six weeks and that adds up to $1200 plus dollars you woulld think they would be more apologetic for their error. Now I am have to wait a week to get back on schedule... so much for the convenience of home delivery. Recommend the service to a friend... I don’t think so! As far as TrustPilot your methods of conducting a survey seem suspect, having to sign up to fill in a survey... are you kidding me?
