I have an ongoing order that is delivered weekly. The food is always good. A bit more variety would be nice sometimes but that's just me. I made an attempt to modify my menu but did not make it any better. A great service with great food that I have become dependent on. My wife talked about stopping the delivery and cooking once a week but I wont let that happen as I like to eat. Thank you for being so reliable...even with the pandemic complicating things you have been there.

BistroMD is great. The food tastes good, the quality is high, the variety excellent and the service outstanding. Most importantly, it works! It's not so much a diet as a nice and easy way to adopt healthier eating habits.

The food is surprisingly good considering it arrives frozen and the variety is great. To be honest there are some entries I do not care for but is quite easy to eliminate from your options. A bonus to all this is I am down 20 lbs n two months!

My wife and I have been on the program for 8 weeks. I have removed 25 lbs so far. I plan on doing 25 more! I find the program to be easy to manage and once you get into the system, it's easy to stay on it! The think I find what works best for me is the portion control. I don't feel hungry and I really enjoy the meals I have selected. I started with the 7 day, 3 meals per day, & 3 snacks per day and found it was to many snacks!! After storing a couple of dozen snacks, I stopped the snack portion for the time being. We both really like it a lot!
