When I try to change some of the items selected for my scheduled meal deliver, it takes a lot of time to get connected to my menu...I try to do this on Friday or Saturday after the products for the prior weeks order have been received, which should give me plenty of time before the next weeks shipment. Once on the site, to make these changes it is fast and easy...but getting their seems to just take a lot of time. Other than that the food is very tasty and seems very fresh.

All of the food I have received has been wonderful. I'm always excited to try new dishes. As a single full-time employee and student, I have absolutely no time to plan and prepare meals, so BistroMD was a lifesaver. I've lost about 18 pounds so far and will continue to order food until I've lost even more!

My only bummer is that breakfasts aren't so great but hey what are you gonna do. Lunches and dinners I have been extremely happy with. It seems as if lunches and dinners have all natural ingredients for the most part and I like that. There is also a decent amount of food on your plate as well. I do get hungry from time to time and thank god I don't have bad food in the house. I will eat a healthy snack to satisfy if hungry. Any diet takes hard work and patience as this one does as well. It helps to have supportive people around you as well. Can't have people eating bad in front of you as it leads to temptation and relapse if you will. If they can't understand you're doing something awesome and they can't help you by not eating horribly in front of you ditch them lol! Back to BistroMD. I'm happy with the plan. No shopping and no cooking. Portion controlled meals and natural ingredients for the most part. The price is a little steep but I was eating out all the time and probably spent $740 or more doing anyway. Anyway I would recommend it to friends and family for sure. I don't have much to lose as in weight but I plan on eating these meals for as long as I can see as they are natural, make me feel good and overall make my life easier.

I loved the fact I didn't have to grocery shop, plan or cook meals, minimal dishes to wash and lost weight plus kept blood sugar level perfect I have minimal retirement income and some social security but felt the price was more than I would have spent on groceries which is about $250 a month compared to $800. I also had trouble eating all of the lunch and dinners leaving half to another day or meal. Never tempted to eat other food.

BistroMD food is very good will not disappoint - however you get what you pay for - it is not cheap very high quality.

Thus far, all has gone well. I enjoy the numbers of choices available when selecting my menus. The assortment is wonderful. I try to select a balance of entrees so that I get chicken, pork, beef, fish, etc. I am not bored with the same menu every week. The only downside so far is the veggies often get cold before I finish the meal.

I make better choice since the food is right there in my fridge

I tried BistroMD because I needed to try something new and healthy and all the meal prep that is neccessary for healthy eating can be overwhelming with work and other responsibilities. I chose the 5 day plan and ate lightly but differently on weekends. On the plan, I was eating more protein than ever, high fiber and veggies. What I love was packing breakfast and lunch and being able to zip off to work in the am. Dinner was also a breeze. The issue was I was horribly sick of the meals, they were very bland, I missed fresh veggies and I couldn't look at another chicken breast or mashed cauliflower or carrots. I will say that I am definately losing weight! I don't weigh myself but I feel and see it on my body. I learned so much from this program, things like how much to eat, what to eat more of, and the importance of protein even as snacks. Another downer is the price, it is expensive but worth doing a month to learn how to change my eating around.
