Birdy GreyReviews of birdygrey.com

This company is less than honest and if you have an issue or ordered a product that turns out less than adequate watch out, they will turn their back on you. I had a terribly product delivery experience and their comment to me was “ sorry but we will not take responsibility, you have the right of Small Claims Court”. I even found the cell number of the owner, and left her a few respectful polite message to please call me back…..no response. You choose to do business with this company when something in your life demands 100% quality and reliability, and this company might or will not produce for you, they will leave you harmed, disappointed and over spending your hard earned money to make up for their bad business behavior. Don’t do business with them.

Over priced, bad fit, and low quality manufactured straight from china! Purchased 2 pink bridesmaid dresses and the quality is the same as if I bought from Shein. No free returns in addition to paying for shipping either!

Too big at the top and too small in the stomach area

The ordering process was great, shipped quickly. The dress was picked out by a bride for a wedding I’m a bridesmaid in, and when I received the dress it is literally just two of the thinnest layers of chiffon on the bottom part its literally see through. There’s no way I can walk down the aisle in this without exposing myself.

I never got my sample fabrics

Took too long to arrive. Almost two months. Several items were also out of stock so I had to wait longer to order the rest of the items needed. Our bridesmaids dresses were also shoved in the mailbox due to mail carrier and packaging. They were not packaged nicely.

Well I waited all day for this delivery and it said it was delivered, I checked immediately and nothing is here. So for clarification, it was not stolen cause it was never here. Not a happy customer.

If you are a petite person who is flat chested, do not order from here. I got the smallest size thinking it might be a bit tight, but I would be able to make it work. NOPE! Massive gaps on the chest of the dress where my boobs are supposed to be. I tried tightening the straps so it would fit my chest properly but it just left a large poof of fabric on my collar bones. I’ve never felt so awkward wearing a dress. Plus it took 3 1/2 months to come in so I don’t have time to get it altered so I’m just gonna have to wear a dress that’s too big and too long.
