Expedited an Item Arriving Too Late
My shipping got delayed which made me nervous because my sister’s wedding is coming up. Contacted customer support and they expedited it for free for me. Got here on time!!

The suit arrived perfectly pressed…
The suit arrived perfectly pressed without a single wrinkle because of the way it is delivered. I purchased the suit for my 22 year-old jeans and flannel wearing nephew, for his sister’s upcoming wedding. He said it was the most comfortable thing he had ever worn and absolutely loved it. The fit was perfect!

Very helpful and empathetic and kind!
The customer service team is great! They helped me through an emergency last minute bridesmaid dress crisis with kindness and empathy and good solution options. They also take great notes so if you call again and it’s a new person they already know what’s going on!
