SOS - they saved the day
Unfortunately I had an issue with receiving my first package (not Birdy Greys fault) - when I reached out to them with my issue they were quick to respond, diligent, and made sure I got the dress I needed. 5⭐️

Fantastic experience start to finish
Fantastic experience start to finish. Website is super easy to navigate and it was easy to select the right size for the suit jackets and pants. I appreciated the continuous email updates regarding the status of the order. Suits arrived and I was very pleased with the quality of the material and the complimentary suit bags are such an added bonus. I did order the wrong size for a jacket and vest but the return process is seamless as well. I will definitely recommend Birdy Grey to others.

Great quality suits and fantastic…
Great quality suits and fantastic customer service. Purchased suits while a discount was being offered and purchased the wrong size. Return process was a breeze and they even adjusted the purchase price of the new items.
