The quality of the tie was amazing and the satin makes it soo soo soft. Delivery was as fast as they could possibly ship it out and customer service was genuinely the nicest and most accommodating I’ve ever spoken with special shout out to Sheila!! Even though I was panicking about the tie not arriving on time she went above and beyond to open every possible door to get my order to me she was such a delight and a ray of light in my crazy wedding spiral!
