Poorly made, never purchasing again!
Got a 2nd last minute dress and it was sewn like garbage and the zipper was sewn incorrectly and I had to re-sewn it myself and add eyes and hooks. The slit on my dress was also poorly sewn and was already fraying and coming lose. Will not be using Birdy grey in the future! Was absolutely stressed trying to fix my dress on time for my friends wedding.

My dress comes in a ziplock bag yet the suit has a 5-star experience…
The difference in quality and presentation between the dress and the suit was disappointing. The dress arrived folded in a ziplock bag, required heavy steaming, and didn’t even include a hanger. The material feels much lower quality than expected, with loose threads and a cheap feel, especially surprising given the price. In contrast, my fiancé’s suit arrived properly boxed with a garment storage bag and the quality matches the cost. The dress is more expensive, yet falls far short of the suit in packaging, construction, and overall feel. Honestly, if I didn’t have the suit to compare it to, I probably wouldn’t be as disappointed, but seeing the clear difference made the shortcomings of the dress hard to ignore.

Would Not Recommend
These dresses are very poorly made. I feel as though I’m wearing a pillow case because they are so thin! They also show every crack and crevice on your entire body. Would not recommend. I am 5’6 120 lbs, pear shaped body. B32 cup size. I ordered size small for both dresses and both fit through the hips but the tops are incredibly large.

The delivery was terrible
The delivery was terrible. Ordered on 8th and arrived on 20th. Website stated 3-5 days. Had to buy another suit. Their return policy is not great either.

Worst Website EVER!!!!!!
This website is fail overall. First off their plus size section is not TRUE plus size. When you have a 3x size dress the cup size needs to fit that. You also should not have all the same measurements for ALL the dresses. Next, this company does not have one plus size model on this website so other plus size customers cannot truly see what the dress looks like which leads me to their return policy. You can only get store credit back for the full amount. I then decided to give their jewelry and shoes a chance. ALL and I mean EVERY SINGLE PIECE of jewelry was broken when it came. This is a very cheap and stupid company.

The quality of this dress is absolutely…
The quality of this dress is absolutely awful and the sizing is even worse. There is no reason an XS dress should be baggy in all areas. Not to mention I can’t even get my money back if I return it, instead I get store credit. Yeah let me spend more of my money on your crappy products. This company is such a joke. Would never recommend, so incredibly disappointed.
