Dear Kathy, We’re truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order. We understand that product appearance, material feel, and color expectations can vary from person to person, and we regret that the items did not meet yours. While we do our best to represent colors and designs as accurately as possible online, slight variations can occur depending on lighting, printing, and display settings. We’d also like to clarify that our products are made-to-order rather than pre-manufactured retail inventory, which is why our return policy differs from traditional retail stores. This information is outlined on our website prior to purchase. That said, we never want a customer to walk away feeling unheard. As part of our effort to help, our support team did offer a complimentary replacement during our email correspondence, though we understand we were ultimately unable to reach a resolution that satisfied you. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and the time you took to share your experience. Best regards, Customer Support Team

Dear Michelle, We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Because our products are custom-made individually after each order is placed, traditional retail-style exchanges unfortunately work differently from standard in-store inventory exchanges. Even so, our team still genuinely tried to provide a supportive replacement solution for the sizing concern reported, and only requested support for a small portion of the replacement shipping cost while covering the majority of the remake cost from our side so that you could still receive the corrected replacement item. We also want to clarify that the sizing concern involved 1 item from the order, while the remaining items were received as ordered. We sincerely regret the frustration caused regarding the sizing, shipping timeline, and exchange experience. Your feedback is truly appreciated and helps us continue improving both our product presentation and customer support moving forward. Best regards, Customer Support Team

Dear Customer We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We completely understand your disappointment regarding the material and overall feel of the product received. Our items are made-to-order and produced individually after each purchase, which is why they are considered custom-made products. We understand that fabric preference and expectations can vary from customer to customer, and we never want anyone to feel unhappy with their order. We’d also like to kindly clarify that our support team did review your case and attempted to offer assistance and resolution options based on our policy and the details provided. We’re sorry that we were not able to reach a solution that fully satisfied you. That said, your feedback is still very important to us, and our support team will continue following up with you via email to see if there is anything further we can do to help. Best regards, Customer Support Team
