Never could get it to work. Got through to having the camera read the QR code off my phone. Dead end, full stop, dead in the water. Multiple attempts, same result. Yes, I did switch my wifi to 2.5 GHz, though mildly annoying. Fully charged it and took it off the USB cable. Now it's a piece of inert plastic sitting on my fence. Here's a clue: who the heck is still using 2.5 GHz? Also the web site doesn't work on my desktop with Firefox or Chrome. Here's another hint: not everybody is slavishly addicted to a cell phone. Oh, and the solar charger doesn't seem to keep the camera charged, even on sunny days facing south. But I wouldn't know for sure because the camera never worked. I had a career in IT; so I know tech.

Camera 4k is amazing but solar panel is not strong enough to maintain battery charge and slowly over course in Florida non stop sun dwindling

I want this to work so badly as I already have a bluebird building a nest. However I have tried every which way to get the camera to stay connected and it just will not. I get way more not connected warnings than I will ever see anything live. If it does happen to go live I get maybe 10 seconds before it shuts off. I have restarted, reset, rebooted… you name it. Soon there will be babies and I will no longer be able to sneak in and try to fix it to make it work. It’s very heartbreaking because the few instances it does work the quality is so good and it’s so fun to watch. And yes I know about the 2ghz vs the 5ghz.
