Birdeye builds AI agents for multi-location brands — trusted by the largest enterprise brands globally, including Sutter Health, Aspen Dental, Sun Auto and Caesars Entertainment. We give you AI coworkers at every location — for marketing, operations, and customer experience — that do the jobs your business needs done by employing multiple agents that work together to win AI visibility, convert demand, and deliver a consistent customer experience.AI Coworkers → Do the JobsJay (marketing), Robin (operations), and Myna (customer experience) own the work across your locations — from AI search visibility, reviews, listings, and social, to front desk and appointment booking, to surveys, ticketing, and insights. You're not buying features. You're adding AI staff to every location. So the work gets done at every location — without stretching your team thinner.Agents → Do the WorkEach coworker employs multiple agents that work together to complete a job. The way those agents work is what makes us different. Most software tells you what's happening; our agents decide what to do — and do it, with your approval. They consolidate every signal across every location, whether it lives in Birdeye or one of your 3,000+ integrations; reason with your brand voice and industry context; and act — together — to drive the outcome. So one review, one campaign, one missed call becomes a finished outcome, not a task sitting in a dashboard.Enterprise-Ready → Built for ScaleSSO, audit logging, HIPAA, SOC 2, and GDPR. Role-based access, tiered approvals, and location-level reporting give corporate and local teams the control they need. So you stay in control while AI handles execution across hundreds of locations. With teams across the U.S., U.K., Australia, and India, Birdeye is redefining how enterprises win locally at scale.

Had an absolute blast training with Emma today on the phone, very understanding, polite, patient and full of information. Definitely recommend her to anyone to help them out. And of course has the best name around.

We purchased a 360 virtual tour for our business in early 2017 and it took several months of chasing Cube Online after payment to get the file uploaded onto Google and Facebook in late April 2017. It was claimed to be a Google issue at the time. Despite the frustrating delay, we were satisfied with the result once published. However, I recently noticed the virtual tour had disappeared from our Google listing (unsure how long it hasn't been there) and contacted Cube who advised it was a Google issue. They directed me to call Google who claimed there was no record of the file being removed and that it was an issue at Cube's end. Cube were surprised, this time chased it up with Google themselves and subsequently advised me that 'a Google car has driven around your area, passed your location and that has taken down all 360 Google virtual tours.' Google can't re index the tour because they have difficulty locating a bug that's causing an error they do not know how to fix yet. It may or may not reappear - no one can confirm, nor tell me how long it's been gone. An easy fix would be just to upload the files again, however, Cube has not kept our customer files of the video shoot which is both an amazing and disappointing revelation at the same time. The same files were uploaded to Facebook by Cube and the tour has disappeared there too - replaced with Google Street View. Technology is complex and moving at such a rapid pace that change is inevitable, but one would think a digital marketing company would be well placed to understand the pitfalls of not having back-ups of customer files to rectify problems when unforeseen IT changes occur. Cube also claimed to be a trusted partner with Google when selling the product which gives you confidence to complete the purchase. Unfortunately, in this experience, each party simply blamed the other, so it's not resolved and goes around in circles. Google shrug their shoulders and Cube Online's final response was simply an apology for the 'inconvenience' which really doesn't cut it because it doesn't address our issue - we don't have a product we paid for. The 1-star rating is for the virtual 360 tour product only and solely reflects on Cube's inability to deliver to expectation. It does not reflect on the customer service rep I dealt with as she followed it up and ultimately is just delivering the Cube PR message. We won't be transacting again with Cube Online.
