The experience I have had with Birdeye so far through our journey has been amazing. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Cooper and he has been incredible. He is extremely supportive, super helpful, eager to help and always coming up with extra 'little ideas' or 'add ons' to help with the campaigns. He explains everything clearly, makes the experience of learning interesting and fun and I couldn't be happier.

Good app, terrible management and customer service. We used Birdeye for a year with moderate, not great, success. When we told them (three weeks before our contract ended) that we did not want to renew, they said we missed the deadline and we would be charged for an entire new year, even though we had been having meetings with them about whether or not to review in the previous weeks. The deadline was not specified, and now we are out hundreds of dollars. We won't be using them again, and you should not either.

Really loved the experience, and being able to ask as many questions as I like. Great knowledge - Andrew was amazing to deal with. I've been hard to pin down for a time but he was always very considerate. Now to morph him into every single client I need to deal with

UPATE: I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL TO profiles AT birdeye.com TODAY AND SEVERAL OTHER TIMES BEFORE TODAY. WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE DELETED. I WANT IT TO BE DELETED IMMEDIATLY. SIRS, I WANT MY ACCOUNT DELETED IMMEDIATELY. BIRDEYE HAS SET UP AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND I CANNOT LOGIN TO MANAGE THE ACCOUNT. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS IN THE PAST REGARDING THIS ISSUE AND MY DEMANDS HAVE BEEN IGNORED. THE REASON FOR MY DECISION IS BECAUSE BIRD ONLY POSTED THE REVIEWS AND NOT ANY OF MY REPLIES. BECAUSE OF THIS IT IS MY EXPERIENCE THAT BIRDEYE IS NOT A COMPANY THAT IS SET UP TO ASSISTS SMALL BUSINESS. I WANT MY ACCOUNT DELETED IMMEDIATELY. IF IT IS NOT DELETED IMMEDIATELY I WILL REFER THIS MATTER TO OUR LEGAL DEPARTMENT. I WANT MY COMPANY TO HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH BIRDEYE WHAT SO EVER.

I’m thrilled with Birdeye platform and the support and expertise provided by the Cube/Birdeye team. I’ve been using their services for a number of years now and am currently being supported by Nicholas Colborne, who is exceptional. Most grateful for everything, keep up the good work. Thank you.
