We had a great experience getting our account up and running with regular calls to talk us through the software.

Extremely overpriced. There are many better, cheaper alternatives out there. They know this. Have a look at their contract before you sign up. It's impossible to cancel before the 12 months. Not particularly unusual, but within 9 months, they will automatically roll you into the next year. So they want 90 days' notice if you'd like to get out of this contract. They will not warn or remind you. It's up to you to tell them you want out. This sneaky trapping system ensures they force a lot of customers to continue using their service against their will. I certainly would have canceled months ago, but here I am, still paying month after month even though I don't need it or want it. My advice would be: don't use Birdeye. They're not a good company, and their service is nothing new.

We engaged with Birdeye to try and increase our google reviews. Birdeye just hasnt provided what they promised. Review acquisition is expensive, on our 3rd account manager in 8 weeks. Difficult to actually speak to anyone. Disapointing and expensive for what you get. We had better success just actually doing it ourseves. Awaiting a response to several emails and phone messages.
