I wish I could give them 0 star scamers 🙄 don't try and use they charge even you don't use scooter never again now I'm fighting through PayPal to get my 45 dollars back

Ride was fine. I took my son and loaded $5 on my account to just mess around well the next day I realized I was charged almost $50 because it automatically loaded $40 on them, I had two scooters for 40min. I was unaware that it automatically loaded, I thought when we were done with our $5 that I loaded they would shut off and I would have to load more if we wanted to continue ridding!! We would have gotten off of them if I would have known, we were just messing around!!! Called customer service explained it was my first time to ride and didn't know nor want it to automatically load, they would not return my $40.... They said they would credit my card $15 bc that was what was left that we did not use, but we will see if that happens!!?....Be careful!! Pay more attention to the time you are on them, I guess..... We will not be doing this again!!

Don’t effin do it. Do not do it. We rented 3 and couldn’t park any. 100 bucks for 20 min ride. Couldn’t park them for an hour. The gps doesn’t work. DONT DO IT

I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. My son got charged $60 for 3 scooters plus another $60 for supposedly not having enough money preloaded. I called the company and was not given an answer as to what the charges were for. Then I asked for a manager and was told one was not available. After 2 emails, I was given the above response along with some other details. Please do not use the app. It is not well put together and charges people outrageous fees!

Wish Id read the reviews first. Glitch on the app meant it wouldn't recognise a single parking spot so I wasted an hour driving around trying to end session and it wouldn't let me. All other local riders we're having the same problem and yet even though it was an app issue they won't refund me anything for the ride as apparently I was using it (yeah looking for a parking spot to return). App help button is rubbish and takes forever to actually work out how to submit an actual complaint to a real human. Absolutely shocking that I was not refunded when it was there fault. What a waste of time and money, never again.

The worst Escooter transportation services ever in the world😂 they say “ unlimited free unlocks “ with ride pass… but still charge by the minute. That’s realistically dumb as fuc*k as the person who created Bird In the first place. Är egentligen en nöjd kund sett till själva sparkcykeln, men tycker att priset är alldeles för högt! 10 kr i startavgift + 2,70 kr/minut.. Det låter lite men tickar fort iväg. Det blir att köpa en egen istället för att hyra...

What a complete rip off! Uber was less with AC and Heat if needed. Bird gone way too far to make money, NEVER AGAIN!
