I wish I could give negative stars. They not only steal your money like other people said, they also embedded other membership subscriptions when you were merely trying to register for Bird. Imagine somebody like me who were already frustrated trying to get through the numerous screens to register for a ride and hell knows why (besides scamming you) they would embed a check box in the middle to have you sign up for some totally irrelevant membership??!!! They are clearly dishonest companies trying to scam you whenever they can. Why would they still be allowed to operate?!!

Bought a Ride Pass, got charged 11.81 USD for it, then 16.46 USD immediately on top of that FOR A RIDE, for absolutely no reason. I have opened several tickets but customer support is inexistent. I don't understand how come they're still allowed to operate. By all means, AVOID.

Die Karte mit den Parkzonen stimmt nicht! Wir konnten unsere Fahrt an der vorgesehenen Stelle (markiert als freie Parkzone) nicht beenden, mussten zurück zum Ausgangspunkt fahren und haben deshalb unseren Surfkurs verpasst. Ich habe mich dann beim Support gemeldet und bekam als Refund lächerliche 2€, obwohl ich mit einem Screenshot beweisen konnte, dass die Karte fehlerhaft war. (Die unnötige Fahrt kostete alleine 10€, der Surfkurs 70€).

HORRIBLE service. I was fined for parking a scooter in a "unacceptable" location. However where I parked it was a designated spot for rideshares. There were others parked and locked up there as well and even the event staff was there to instruct people to lock their scooters and bike in that area. I locked it up as instructed and took a picture. However I was still fined by bird. I emailed and sent them the picture that shows it properly locked and parked in a designated spot. Even after multiple email follow ups I received absolutely no response. I called and was advised that a ticket was submitted to investigate, months go by. Still nothing I called multiple times and just keep getting the same answer that they are escalating this. It is unacceptable how horrible Bird's service is. They literally just took my money and went to hide. I feel stolen from. Basically their way of doing business is to give you a fine even if its not warranted and then never respond to you so you can't rectify the problem to get your money back. Unethical business. UPDATE! Another month goes by and I still have not heard from Bird after calling them week after week. Anyone else in this position I would suggest calling your credit card company to dispute the charge. I just did. Look up reviews about Bird and you see this as a regular occurrence, which means they're making money off of charging people for incorrect reason and never speaking to you so you cant get your money back.

Rented 2 scooters traveled 8 km and it cost us $64 as it wouldn't go over 10km per hr. Was walking pace. Only cost $20 to get a cab back. What a rip off!!

Recently i used bird in Stockholm again for 5 minutes. It was not possible to end the ride anywhere. I tried many scooter parking areas, but parking just did not work. I met other people with the same problem at that time. So it was a general problem with bird in Stockholm. There was no live support like other scooter company have it. The only way too avoid huge payments was to block my credit card and leave the scooter active. Now they want me to pay for the ride. They did not even cancel the payment. They just don't care.

Horrível. Você é roubado. Roubam o que dizem chamar calção pré pagamento. Usei 10x o serviço de trotinte e por 4 vezes não voltou. 4x9€ em 5 dias de uso.
