Siete impazziti???????? 13 euro per un totale di 11 chilometri in 3 corse? Ma dove avete sbattuto la testa in un spigo bello appuntito? Il taxi mi sarebbe costato meno.!!!! E poi ci lamentiamo che non usiamo i mezzi alternativi alla macchina a Palermo. A sto punto fanno bene a cannibalizzarvi i monopattini. Credevo inciviltà.... Ora capisco

Similar experience to others. App is terrible to use, scooter would not allow me to end ride, overcharged as a result, customer service is unhelpful and likely just AI chatbots. Would not recommend or ever use again. One star is a generous review.

Bird made fraudulent charges on my credit card several times. I reported it, had my card replaced, but Bird has a rebiller that keeps billing you even when you get a new card. Blocked them. A year later, their rebiller placed the fraudulent charges again. Called Bird this time -- when I mentioned fraud, the agent pretended like she couldn't hear me and no one answered when I called back. This is a criminal enterprise.

They use fake photos. I received the products and it’s totally bullsheet , to tern it back is casted time and money.

This is definitely not a portuguese company, it is highly shady and a scam! They will overcharge you and charge your card twice then when you contact them via email (they don't even have a phone number, wonder why!) They just send a template and do not respond to your question about these charges. Terrible customer service and fraudulent activity using people's personal card details to make unauthorized charges. Stay away!!!

Should be closed down criminals that run it. Scooters do not work started ride would not work or let me end the ride and was charged €5 asked for it to be looked at and refund refused saying they see no issues you should never use this company unless want to be disappointed and out of pocket

Ho acquistato un abbonamento mensile quindi non dovrei aver nessun costo per le corse, ad un certo punto mi vedo addebitare diversi importi sulla carta scrivo all'assistenza mi viene risposto che viene addebbitato il costo della prenotazione al minuto, ovviamente non specificato da nessuna parte
