Half of the scooters are broken which you don’t know until you unlock it and pay at least 1.35 just for it to not power up absolute scam of a company. You can rent any scooter lying about but as soon as you take it back there it will say it’s not a parking spot even though there are several other scooters there and forces you to go about another half km to park

This company doesn’t care about your property! Please, park your car as far as possible from bird scooters. One of their users left the scooter leaning against my car and making a dent. The company refused to deal with this situation. There is no proper parking for those this. They advertised it as a transportation, but when hit and run happened they refused to do anything about it.

Used link scooters here last Christmas and they were great. Reliable and as safe as a scooter could be. Tried bird this morning. Scooter look tired. Found 3 scooters. First two showed as faults reported. Third one I hired but felt dangerous as if tyres were flat. Swapped it with another one parked in a group of 8. This just about got me back to the hotel but felt worn out and made a clicking noise. Avoid these dangerous uncared for death traps. Bring back Link!

No recomiendo

DO NOT USE BIRD!!!!! I wouldn’t wish for my worst enemy to use a bird scooter. I noticed that they had a promotion for 2 free rides in Doha, using a promo code. I entered the promo code and the app suggested that my first ride would be free. At the end of my ride, Bird charged me 127 Riyals!!!!! I tried my absolute best to talk to someone at Bird, but there’s almost no way to get through to a representative. You can’t speak to anyone. There is NO live chat. It’s literally impossible to speak to someone at bird, so your only option is to get your bank to recover your money. Good luck
