Bulls*it scam company. We were not able to park our scooters on the same spot from where we took them. They keep charging and we weren't informed where to park while loosing money! Bad experience.

Stepje deed het steeds niet of gas bleef juist hangen. Heel lastig om weer af te melden. Zelfs op de zelfde plek waar we ze hadden ontgrendeld. Heeft ons zeker een half uur gekost. Dus alle tegoed meteen weer op. Nu hopen dat de borg van €43,- (!) nog terug komt ….

bruh this company is a fraud to the max, It’s been passed 10 days & the temporary holds that the app took out of my bank account for ALL THE RIDES I've purchased which was a couple, I still haven’t gotten refunded my money back yet like what is wrong with these people how do you say a temporary hold & within 7-10 days you’ll get the hold back in your account, but yet you guys just blatantly lie about it. don’t ever put your card on this dumass app overcharging for the max

1 ster is nog te veel app functioneerd niet aan de fiets mankeerde altijd wel iets. Plus je moet altijd een bedrag op de account hebben. Nu geeft de app aan dat er bij ons in Zwolle geen bike meer te vinden is dus wilde account opzeggen maar je geld ben je kwijt dag geld.

Habe heute zum ersten Mal Bird getestet und werde es nicht wieder tun. Der Scooter fuhr total unterschiedlich. Auf ebener Strecke bei Vollgas mal total langsam dann plötzlich zieht er total an. Nach 10 m wieder nur noch Schrittgeschwindigkeit. Dann wieder voll Speed. Total dämlich und meiner Meinung nach auch nicht ungefährlich da so unberechenbar. Außerdem dafür auch viel zu teuer. Wollte im Urlaub mal etwas scootern aber so… nee dann lieber einen eigenen gekauft. Da weiß man was man hat.

Avoid these scooters, once you sign up to the app, they have your card details/apple pay, if you stop you get charged, if you don’t park in a P spot you get charged, if you don’t take a photo at the end guess what, you still get charged, biggest scam in Tenerife since the potato thing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This company is a scam! They have taken several payments off my credit card since the day of the ride & I will be reporting them to the fraud department!

Kompatibilität ist nicht gegeben. Parkmöglichkeiten stimmen nicht mit der Karte überein. Parken wegen Überfüllung nicht möglich. Ich glaube das ist alles mit Absicht so gesteuert, dass man die Roller länger nutzt nutzen muss
