I was overcharged for a rental. They blamed bad g p s services or overhead wiring interference for why it did not stop.charging me when we locked the bike. I requested a refund the next day.And they said they would credit my account the $41.20 but I would have to wait 60 days. So I waited sixty days and was not able to use another one of these bikes, because we do not have anything like that around anywhere. So I requested eimbursement to my account and then they send me the terms and say that it had to be within sixty days of use. What a RIP OFF!! NEVER AGAIN! I do not recommend and the bike. My daughter used would not even charge correctly. They took eighty dollars of my money and we were only able to use it for half an hour for $80.

So here I am in Porto, Portugal with a friend. While I was able to terminate the ride just fine, my friend was unable too. After his meltdown over this, I reached out to the company per the app instructions for an adjustment on the bill...they simply shrugged. So now I gotta dispute this with my credit card, give Bird a bad review, and uninstall the app because they got zero customer orientation. Byebye Birdy.

My experience with finding the right parking spot was beyond horrible. I had to go around a long distance trying to find a place and then come back. Therefore, I lost my train to work. I have seen others' complaints here and now I feel stunned that the same mistakes still persist. Boy, you have to change your business plan, otherwise you will broke.

Sono proprietaria di una struttura, ho contattato questa azienda per risolvere almeno in parte la problematica dei piccioni. Hanno installato quest’impianto al costo di 1200€ nel mese di febbraio, purtroppo non solo non ho risolto la situazione, ho provato a contattarli dimostrando con le foto che i piccioni si appoggiano addirittura dove c’e l’impianto e non ho ricevuto piu’ assistenza. Assolutamente non consigliati, poca professionalità e zero resa quest’impianto.

Pessimo servizio. Hanno addebitato 3 sblocchi da 5 euro per un ora di corsa....allucinante...servizio clienti inutile

Es la primera vez que pruebo un patinete bird y la experiencia es muy poco recomendable lo he intentado dejar en un aparcamiento habilitado para estos patinetes como marca la App y no me dejaba cerrar la carrera, por un recorrido que duro 2 minutos me cobraron casi 50 y gracias a que solo puse 10€ de recarga.

31€ por un viaje de 10 minutos. El primer patín ni funcionaba, tuve que dejarlo donde pude y el segundo no me cogía ni el QR ni la cámara para hacer foto donde estaba. Una vergüenza, NO USAR

Terrible experience 😪 This thing charged me like £20 extra without using it , I woke the next day found them charging me this money however, I contacted the support after 1 week of waiting they kindly refund me £1.86 !!!!!!!! What a joke ???? Avoid using this app at all cost
