Meest waardeloze step ever. Je kan niet parkeren op de aangegeven plekken. Is altijd vol ook al staat er 1 step. Halverwege stopt de motor en kun je ermee lopen. Tijd tikt lekker door. Echt waardeloos bedrijf en step. Disaster. Hopefully you can make it better because this sucks. Parking is on the maps but does not match google maps. So we stepped along like imbecils looking for parkings while the time away. So really good step if you want to frustrate yourself and pay for stepping in circles.

Wanted my partner and I go for a ride along the promenade at Las Americas early morning. I took my time to follow the instructions in the app. No power indicated before activating bike so dead when activated. It took us a few minutes to figure out what was going on… even with discounts, I was charged €4.15 and wasted time! It’s difficult to trust a company which operate in this way. Very little information and support.

What went right!!!?? Absolutely crap service that doesn't work properly. Scam for definite. Charging money for something that doesn't work properly. Can safely say I will never step foot on a Bird E scooter again. Not being able to the end the ride on the app is one of the main reasons. STAY MILES AWAY FROM THIS CRAP SERVICE

Bird doesn’t support its units. My bike locked and they won’t provide support for a retail unit. So, if you bought a unit you’re on your own. Total scam! Never waste your money on one of these. The company is unreliable.

Scam company,,there pricing is designed to take as much as possible off your card. The parking spots disappear so you can't end the ride properly so they max the charges. Avoid this company. How they are still operating should not be legal. I fought tooth and nail with them to get only half my money back. A disgraceful company. I would be ashamed to work for them.
