Giving one star because I cannot give zero, none of the scooters in the area would work, after charging $20 into the bird app, and scanning onto the scooter. I requested a refund of my $20, bird removed my $20 from my bird account, and did not send it back to me. Not sure where my $20 went, probably to the company. To have people pay for a service that is unusable, and then refuse refunds, is absolutely ridiculous, do not use this company.

Questi monopattini a tempo sono i peggiori mai provati. L’attivazione costa 1€ e poi 0,35€ al minuto. Una volta finito di usarlo non si può lasciare in qualsiasi punto, bisogna trovare i parcheggi segnalati nella mappa, e fino a qui dico scomodo ma ok. Il problema è che mi capita quasi sempre che quando arrivo al parcheggio per lasciare il mezzo mi dice che il parcheggio è pieno o che quella zona non è più disponibile (cosa che non era segnalata nella mappa, lo scopro quando arrivo) e quindi tu devi sborsare ancora soldi fino ad arrivare a un altro parcheggio e allontanandoti dalla tua meta. Una grandissima infamata.

Scooters are unreliable and break down frequently. Regular prices are astronomical, but more reasonable if you purchase a Ride Pass. Unfortunately, the app is buggy and will no longer allow me to do that so I get stuck paying full price for a service that doesn't work half the time. I've filed several complaints through the app, and also through their email address but the "agents" are either poorly programmed AI bots, or people who don't bother to read your messages because their replies do nothing to address the issues, and appear to just be generic copy/paste responses. So disappointing because this could be a great service.

My experience with Bird thus far has been awful, they've been charging my credit card monthly for a subscription that I canceled 5 months ago and refuse to make a refund. The customer service is not only unhelpful but they fabricate stories, my ride history clearly shows I don't use the app and yet they insinuate I'm using their scooters. These bird scooters don't even exist in my area, I only used them abroad. I've contacted bird numerous times and the customer service is always the same extremely lacking and non existent. It leaves much to be desired and doesn't resolve any of the issues despite numerous days of conversations These online companies are getting worse and worse, and a huge waste of time trying to resolve an issue over multiple days or weeks. They pry on the fact that at some point the consumer will just give up and forget it. What a horrible business model this company operates under I'm not surprised to see so many bad reviews, wish I check here sooner to know they are so untrusted. But doesn't surprise me after my current experience with Bird

My wife and I rented Bird bikes one time in Bordeaux France. The bikes were in terrible repair with dodgy brakes, fender hitting the tire, and noises in the bottom bracket. We put 20 euro into our account and used about 7 euros. The balance is not automatically refunded. You must fill out a form within 60 days of deposit. Now that we are back in the US we cannot even see our remaining balance. I filled out the form and we'll see if our balance is refunded. Would not use Bird again.

Im Mietvertrag steht dass ein Scooter höchstens 100€ am Tag kostet,was rund 4€ die Stunde sind,von Entsperrkosten wird kein Wort erwähnt. Hab am ersten Urlaubstag in Bibione den Scooter 4× mit meiner Frau benutzt,zusammen 1 Stunde also jeder 30 Minuten,am Ende des Tages der Schock 40€ abgebucht,Bird weigert Rückzahlung. Ich werde Strafanzeige erstatten.

The customer service is non-existent. We were stranded in the middle of nowhere because the birds would not unlock after our shoppings. There is no costumer service or accountability for anything!!

Appalling product, I tried using one in Tenerife and found it didn't have a working Back Brake 😲 Steering was also a bit 'dodgy', making a metal clicking sound when I turned it 👎 Then it came to trying to 'Park' the Scooter, I had to try THREE different Parking Bays, all of them had spaces, I was stood right in the middle of each Bay, but couldn't 'emd my ride'! All this, whilst continuing to be charged (at £0.35/ minute) another 25 minutes worth 👎💩 You try to contact them via their App is a hopeless task👎 web site is poor too👎 Chat Bot is crap👎 I had to call a USA telephone number (taken from a sticker on the Scooter in TENERIFE!) Basically just awful customer service, use any other Scooter Company than these, you'll thanks me 😉
