The worst marketing platform I've ever encountered in 20 years. The WORST customer service. Utterly incompetent people allegedly supporting a totally inadequate platform.

Bird refused to refund the money on my account. I am now too old to risk the injuries that might come from riding a scooter. When I asked for them to refund the balance of my account back to my credit card on file with them, they refused. Use Lime, Uber or some other service and avoid this company totally.

Roller hat nach 2 min Fahrt den Geist aufgegeben. Akku leer oder defekt. Konnte Roller da nich abstellen ind musst ihn an geeignete Stelle rollen. Habe Kundendienst kontaktiert und gebeten Fahrkosten zu erstatten. Anstelle sich zu entschuldigen werden doofe Fragen gestellt. Echt mühsam, nicht kinderfreundlich und verschwendete Zeit!

Hello, I’ve used a lot of e Scooters, all the companies, Bird WAS ok, seems to be failing very badly now, especially in the payment and app department, it will not end rides so they can take your money, be warned, app and account now deleted, AVOID!

No way to have a conversation with the customer support. Charge an amount incomprenhensible in relation to the use of the service. Very very frustrating to deal with a company like this.

Totally no directions to keep in an area that wasn’t red. System worked for five minutes. Total BS. Garbage. Same review I’m posting.

Le pongo una estrella porque 0 no puedo. Qué experiencia tan mala.. Todo el rato te descuentan dinero cuando apenas has estado con el patinete y es una auténtica estafa. Supuestamente hacen estas cosas para no contaminar y hacer más fácil el transporte y lo único que hace es ESTAFARNOS
