I got over charged by this terrible company for a ride which didnt even work i been trying to get my money back $70 for a 20 minute ride which was a nightmare Dont waste your time

🚨 Avoid Bird Scooters Like the Plague 🚨 ⭐️ It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I wish we could rate -5 stars. One of their scooters failed on me a month ago, it would stop and go, I had to push so many times on my left foot that ultimately my Achilles snapped. I needed surgery and I’ll be handicapped for at least three months. Bird’s response? Five minutes of free ride time. Five. Minutes. On the same garbage scooters that nearly ruined my life. This company has zero shame. Riding Bird isn’t “convenient transportation,” it’s gambling with your health—or your life. Oh, and didn’t they declare chapter eleven? How are they still even allowed to operate? Stay away. Your future self (and your family) will thank you.

I tried four scooters here in Lethbridge earlier, signed in, scanned QR for each unit and not one of them started. The headlight came on, power was almost full if not full on each and none moved. Good job. At least I wasn't charged for fun machine that took a crap and died!

If I could rate lower I would.scooters don't work,app doesn't respond,very inconvenient parking spots.too expensive ,taking cab cheaper and over charge.wont go up any hill.helmets too small. Don't waste your money.

É inaceitável contra impresa BIRD coloca em risco a segurança das pessoas e inaceitável. A Bird coloca em risco a segurança dos usuários. Fui vítima de um acidente ao usar uma trotinete na Páscoa Fui vítima de um acidente ao usar uma trotinete da Bird que estava claramente mal conservada: freios com defeito, rodas gastas, estrutura instável. Nada foi verificado. É evidente que a frota está abandonada, sem qualquer controle ou manutenção séria. É uma vergonha para uma empresa que se diz promotora de mobilidade segura e sustentável. A Bird só se preocupa em receber os pagamentos, enquanto suas trotinetes apodrecem nas calçadas. Em caso de problema, o atendimento ao cliente é inexistente, e a empresa não assume nenhuma responsabilidade. Isso é irresponsável e perigoso. Tive um acidente muito grave. Convido as autoridades a investigarem suas práticas e retirarem esses veículos das vias públicas antes que mais acidentes aconteçam. Stéphane P.
