It was good overall, but after almost 3 months of using it, it gave me back discomfort.

The logistics is poor
The logistics is poor. You'll get your bed mailed to you in 2 stages with setup being the 3rd stage. Also, you'll only get a partial refund even if you didn't receive anything.
