Birch Gold GroupReviews of birchgold.com

I had an excellent experience working with Birch Gold! When I used them to purchase gold and silver through my IRA account, the level of service was outstanding. Everyone I worked with was extremely professional and took the time to explain each step clearly. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. From start to finish, everything was completed within a couple of weeks and their processing team kept me updated the whole time. They handled all the details end-to-end. I also purchased metals with cash and was pleasantly surprised to receive my gold and silver so quickly - and with no shipping issues at all. The whole experience was easy, straightforward and - best of all - secure. I would absolutely recommend Birch Gold to anyone considering investing in precious metals!

The entire process was exceptional, and I was a first-time buyer. The staff was professional and helpful and I recommend Birch to all buyers!

Reps and Specialists were extremely responsive and helpful, they helped me understand the entire process step by step. They understood my personal situation and made my experience easy and without stress and expedited process where and when they were able to. THANK YOU for your support and for your great customer service and will definitely recommend to others

The staff was completely professional in handling all my financial request. They explained everything thoroughly which left me with a good understanding of processes and maneuvering of all transactions.

Birch Gold handled my transaction promptly and efficiently. After exploring various options they gained my confidence.

Birch Gold was exactly as advertised. They were easy to contact, answered all my questions, and cleared up a misconception I had about my annuity. They patiently waited for my funds to become available and had no qualms when I made changes to my original agreement.

It was a great experience from beginning to end! Even though I am not a large investor, I was treated with the utmost respect. It was best for me to begin with an investment in silver rather than gold. Other companies try to convince investors to invest only in gold. Every representative answered all questions until I was ready to invest. When I was told that a delivery time window was needed because I still work, I received that as well so I could receive delivery. I will be investing more in the future because I have had such a great customer service experience. I have recommended Birch Gold to many friends because of the great value and excellent customer service. PJ
