Dealing with Birch!!
From the initial call to receiving the product is nothing but wonderful. Knowledgeable and prompt with call backs if needed. Product arrives in well packaged boxes. Once received, a verification call to make sure all is well. Highly recommend Jim J.

Jim, that end-to-end experience you described, from the first call to a verification check after delivery, is exactly the process our team works to deliver every time. Prompt callbacks and careful packaging aren't afterthoughts for us; they're part of making sure every step feels handled and nothing is left to chance. Knowing it all came together that way for you means a great deal. Call us anytime we can be of assistance.
