Samples have been worth the $10. Products that I NEVER would have even considered, or bought, I tried and liked and some I actually loved so much I purchased. One example was Ouidad Cleansing Oil shampoo. What?! I'm 62. What the heck is this? Tried it. My old lady salt and pepper hair looked rich and moisturized, soft, clean, darker. Bought 2. Better than my usual Nexxus shampoo! Also bought some type of skin exfoliate that was great for my older sensitive skin. Loved. The products I didn't care for I gave to friends, or DIL. Share the wealth.

I really like most of the items that come in my BIRCHBOX, I just wishing they were larger sizes. I subscribe to many other boxes and for the year 2016, I will be dropping some of my boxes. And I hate to say Birchbox may be one of them.You just don't get the product size, for the price that you pay for the box!

Very good customer service. Too many emails! Great products and product choices, however, it seems very expensive. I love my monthly samples but now realize that realistically I will never buy a full-size hand lotion or a lipstick at $20 or more. These products are just out of my budget.

Love waiting for my Birch Box every month. I wait patiently like a kid expecting a gift.

I so look forward to my monthly Birchbox. Having the opportunity to have a sneak peek and choose some of my samples is a great feature. I've tried so many new products that I would previously not have been exposed to. It is such fun!

There's usually at least 2 or 3 items I like a month out of the birch box,I look forward to it every month.

The wed dite is full of fun stuff but it needs tightened up.
