I love getting new things to try and this is such an awesome way to do it. I think the app is a wee bit hard to navigate, but if you mess with it you can figure it out.

Some very great things, but, really there should be a way to opt out of dry shampoo every month as a sample, this may be the 1 reason I discontinue, just no use for it, and no way to let them know

I get an email telling me to choose a sample and immediately go to the web site to choose and the item I want is already unavailable. That means that I don't really get to choose the sample I want.

Love getting a box each month

I did not want to try Birchbox out. I was very skeptical. I saw the ads for several months before I decided to try it and have not been dissatisfied yet. I love the variety of samples and the ability to purchase the full size products at a discounted price. The ability to earn points that I can trade in for dollars is a bonus!
