I like Birchbox, but sometimes their prices are over the top. If they would be more reasonable I would give them 5 stars.

I'm about to cancel my subscription, and the only reason I kept it is so I could get enough points to get something in the shop to make it worth it. The boxes were the best part of the subscription.

Love my Birchbox, I've had to contact customer service twice and they were prompt and fixed the issue right Away!!

I love receiving and trying all the samples. There are too many dry shampoo samples though. Not a fan of that anyway...I've received three so far and haven't used them. Would love more neutral colors for lip samples. I like the samples I've received just not the colors. I've purchased some of the samples I've tried. It 's a great way to find out what works for me and what doesn't. The videos are great too. There was one though where there were two ladies speaking and the background music was too loud I couldn't really hear them. I'm really glad I signed up! I got my best friend a 3 month subscription. Thank you. Keep up the great samples...less dry shampoo ;)

I enjoy getting samples in the mail every month. They are products I use, and I like doing the reviews on them so I earn points toward a full size purchase.

I've enjoyed most of my products and have shared some with others. Some of the samples sizes are not really worth the try and the instructions for use need to be a little better.

Fun program - a little surprise in the mail each month - but wish they geared the products more to my profile. On top of that, there really isn't much incentive to order products from them when you have to pay shipping because I can go to Ulta or Sephora and buy it without paying shipping. They do occasionally offer discounts or have free shipping and then it makes sense - but not on a regular basis. Also, if you want to customize your box it costs extra - kind of a turn off when you're nickel and dimed.

I look forward to receiving my box each month. In fact, I stopped looking at the preview so I would be surprised. I have never gotten an item that I cannot use.
