I've enjoyed my subscription to birchbox for the most part. However this 2015 year has been less than stellar. There were months that i was really looking forward to my samples in my box either to find that the box went missing (and my replacement box was horrible--not even in line with my profile) or damaged/destroyed en route. Im still a subscriber, but recent boxes have made me consider discontinuing the program.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Birchbox so far. Ordering is easy, shipping is pretty fast and I love that they have a rewards program! Overall very happy.

I have fallen head over heals for Birchbox! I've been a customer for over a year and found countless amazing new products. Birchbox also has the best customer service of any other company I have dealt with. Their reps are so quick to respond and resolve issues promptly, always treating me like I'm their #1 customer.

My first impression of BB was great. Was loving the products but then it seemed like the products were not things I was as excited about. I do NOT like getting purfume samples as I am very sensitive to most. But I have received several which for me is a waste. I have honestly signed up for Ipsy which from what I am hearing I will love much more than BB. My subscription just renewed so you have me for another year but if things do not get better, I will be cancelling my subscription with BB. You really need to recognize that lots of folks have issues with perfumes and if I can't use it...it is a total waste of a sample for me.

Lately I have had some issues with broken/damaged product, and while I understand HOW the product gets to me isn't truly the fault of Birchbox, I'd rather have it replaced in lieu of points being added to my account. I'd rather try the actual products to see whether I'd want to buy them or not, but lately they seem to be out of stock of the products I received that were damaged. The first time, the points I received weren't even comparable in monetary value to what I was even out.

Spectacular products! Awesome customer service! Great deals! Can't get enough Birchbox!
