I love Birchbox and think out of all the monthly box subscriptions out there, it has the best value and best points system. However, I do not believe they do such a great job of tailoring boxes to a person's profile and when someone writes in that they do not want to receive the same types of products over and over again, they should make note of that. I have received 10 facial products in 2015 when I have repeatedly written to Birchbox that I want "no more than 4 per year" per the profile info. I will never use these, they are a waste. I also feel the sample sizes are getting tinier and tinier every month. Stop being skimpy!

If i ever had an issue with anything, i always received a quick and ideal response. Everyone is always very nice and helpful.

I always love getting these little boxes in the mail. I also utilize the boxes after for pre-schooler crafts. My only complaint is that I have received duplicate sample products within a few months.

It seems bb has been getting a little chintzy with their boxes. Samples have gotten super small and full size items (I used to get them occasionally) have disappeared. It seems more focus is on the design of the boxes (beautiful but still just a paper box) than what is inside. Probably will not renew.

For $10 a month, this is a great deal. Even if I don't love every sample I get every month, the experience is excellent. Plus, if there has ever been an issue, the customer service department has answered my concerns promptly and effectively. They resolve the issue right away. Birchbox is an organization that seems to be focused on quality, service, and FUN! Love it.

I love getting my surprise boxes once a month! While I may not always like everything I'm getting there is always a sample in it that I love that makes it worth it! I have only had a couple problems with your service and everytime I emailed customer service I received a prompt reply and the issue was fixed within 48 hours.

I loved BB when I first started a few years ago. There were so many options and each box had a plethora of goodies. Now there are maybe 4 things inside and I have had repeats of previous items. Not to mention that the date shipped is always late. I wish they could just come by the first of the month so you could actually enjoy that MONTH'S items. It is a shame. i am probably going to cancel.

I am so happy to be a subscriber - I have found many wonderful new go-to products I would have never tried on my own. I have had very few issues with the service, but whenever I do their contact customer service they always respond promptly and take care of my problem right away. I absolute love their rewards program - in fact, I think it's the best in the business. I recently signed up for their two full-size add on's in the monthly box and I couldn't be happier! It's a wonderful new addition and I've already found two products I can't live without. Birchbox is just brilliant and I love how they continue to add and innovate and make the experience better all of the time.
