So great being a monthly subscriber and also a frequent shopper in the shop. I love the customer service, anytime I have a question or problem with my products I always get a quick, fast solution. The point system is fantastic, no one else gives you 10 dollars back for every 100 you spend! Love birchbox!

While I enjoy opening that box like its Christmas, I generally only like one of the samples. The lip colors are so bright not even my daughters want them. I have gotten so many hair products that I will never use and some samples are so tiny they get lost immediately. But there are some hidden gems and I guess that is what keeps me waiting every month for that box.

I love this company! Not only for the box I get every month, but how easy it is to order from and contact. They all seem like wonderful people who I've talked to.

So far ever time I get a new box I end up buying one or more of the items

I originally gave Birchbox as a gift and was curious so I ordered for myself. I love Birchbox!!! I will continue to purchase for myself and send as gifts!!

Service was great and quick-- but I wonder if it was too quick as I had to follow up to correct issues that were laid out in the first email I sent. I questioned if my first communication was thoroughly read or not. Ultimately though, the problem was solved and solved quickly.
