I was given Birchbox as a gift and continued the membership after. I love trying out new products each month. Also, their customer service is great! They respond right away and easily address all questions.

I'm glad I got this survey because I was planning on writing an email to Birchbox about their customer service anyway. I am very happy with Birchbox and would recommend them to anyone who loves to shop for makeup/hair/perfume/skin products online! I've been a subscriber for about 3 years now and recently ordered something off the Birchbox app. I made a mistake in ordering, truly my own fault by accidentally choosing the wrong product, and emailed to find out if I could edit my order before it shipped. It ended up that I couldn't edit my order after placing it, but what happened next was even better! Kenda from the customer service department simply said they would send me my intended product along with what I accidentally ordered. She helped me out immediately and I was so surprised and happy with the process. I truly did not expect that! Thank you for your great service! I will be a subscriber for many years to come.

I love Birchbox! My only complaint is that I've changed my profile, and haven't really noticed a difference in the products thst I receive in my Birchbox. Other than that, it's great!

I love birchbox obviously because I love the products they sell. What keeps me coming back is the tailored customization of my boxes and personalized feel. It's almost like they know me! They also have a great customer retention program where I can get money of products just through giving my opinion and purchasing them. I will buy 90% of my beauty products through them now just for that reason alone.

I absolutely love Birchbox! The only time I ever get my makeup anywhere else is when they don't carry the brand I want! Fast service.

I was given a subscription for my birthday, and in only a few months I've been extremely happy with Birchbox -- and having a lot of fun with it! Orders arrive quickly, and when I had one small problem with my order it was solved right away by your customer service. Couldn't be happier!!
