I was denied nd my BMI is 29. I should have been prescribed

Hello David! We're sorry you were not a candidate for treatment. In the majority of cases, our doctors only prescribe with patients over a BMI of 30. So in this case, unfortunately the physician decided based on your BMI, you were not a candidate at this point in time. Your card on file was refunded in full within 30 minutes of rejection

I've called 3 times to discuss my cancellation. I was told it would happen immediately. It's been over 8 hours and I have not yet received a refund to my card on file. You were quick to take my money!

Hey Galen. Sorry we were not able to refund your card on file as prompt as you would have liked it. Refunds after cancellation are usually within a few hours, but in some cases can take up to 24 hours to process. I am glad to note, we were able to process your refund within our allocated 24 hours after a cancellation.

Hi Jos, we ship medication overnight once you’re prescribed by your physician, in your case, it took a few days to retrieve your intake form. Once we were able to send to the pharmacy, we were able to ship overnight UPS, i hope that clears up any confusion .
