Sound quality was bad
Sound quality was bad. AI voicing was not appealing to listen to and too monotone. The information had no depth. And testing was too general. Glad I did this as a test before I spent money

Thank you for making us aware of the voiceover quality in the Free GMP for Food course. We did not realize that the voiceover in this demo course was not the professional voiceover. We have updated the GMPF0 - Free GMP for Food Industry course with a more professional voiceover, now. Also, the full length courses do include the much higher quality voiceovers, as well. The website had loads of issues.
The website had loads of issues. My course won't save, I have to restart it each time I log in. Could not review my answers to the previews questions

I see you were enrolled into our "Clinical Research Associate / Monitor Professional Certification" program. Note that many of our courses within our certification programs do not offer 'reviews of answers' in the final assessments. This is a best practice in eLearning. I also see that your computer was giving a “Not enough memory to open this page” error. In our 23 years of delivering eLearning courses, we have never encountered a “Not enough memory...” issue. And we have not since your report of this. However, our investigation into your report indicated that it could be a computer or browser settings issue. We had shared this information with you. In any case, I see that you were able to complete the program. Congratulations! This is a very detailed programs with a great amount of information. Comprehensive and Informative
I thought the training was comprehensive and informative. My company already has a Data Integrity Governance, but the module really helped to bring a fresh view and examples to share with the team during our annual GMP training.
