Hello Sir. Possibly you should reach out to support to ask us a question about this rather than immediately posting a one star review. We are happy to assist. I suggest you log out of your student account, then log back in. The courses you enrolled into while you were logged in will then be available. Thanks for testing out our free courses.
Sincerely,

Hello Team,
Hello Team,
I have completed all the lectures of the Biopharma PV certified course, but the final assessment is still not opening, and I am also unable to access my certificate.
Kindly check my account and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Thank you.

Dear Student,
I see that you have enrolled into our FREE drug safety and pharmacovigilance course, which is available for demonstration purposes.
As it indicates in your student account, you must finish the training content before moving on to the final assessment. The assessment will remain locked until you complete the training part of the course.
If you require support, as indicated within your student account, please call us or email support and we will be happy to assist you further.
Sincerely,

Sound quality was bad
Sound quality was bad. AI voicing was not appealing to listen to and too monotone. The information had no depth. And testing was too general. Glad I did this as a test before I spent money

Thank you for making us aware of the voiceover quality in the Free GMP for Food course. We did not realize that the voiceover in this demo course was not the professional voiceover. We have updated the GMPF0 - Free GMP for Food Industry course with a more professional voiceover, now.
Also, the full length courses do include the much higher quality voiceovers, as well.
We appreciate your feedback, as we value all suggestions, comments, and feedback from our students.
Sincerely,
Biopharma Institute Support

Inaccurate Examples; Lack of Useful Information
The course provides little value in understanding the core of the MDR and instead acts as sales pitch for taking the remaining courses. It would have been more useful to include things like an overview of the requirements, comparison to the major updates from the MDD, etc.
The section of the training about Implantable Pacemakers and Defibrillators is inaccurate and incorrect. The example used is that of patient with an intra-aortic balloon pump. During the story, they show pictures of implantable cardioverter defribrillator (ICDs) and pacemakers even though the device that is described in the video is a portable intra-aortic balloon pump which is an entirely different device. Pacemakers and ICDs have internal batteries whereas the pump has an external battery. The battery on patient's pump was thought to be fully charged before his ambulance trip; however, the battery was depleted and/or was faulty. The video states that “with no spare battery on board, the transport team was helpless” and that therefore, the device was at fault. However: Why would you transport a critical patient with only one battery and no spare? These devices can be attached to AC power, why was that not done? Because of the safety risks associated with an inactive balloon, the devices can be operated manually; apparently that was not done either but rather the balloon was removed.
After this story, which had NOTHING to do with pacemakers and ICDs, the video goes on to assert that UK doctors say that current pacers and ICDs “Must be improved to reduce the risk of replacement” and that the current system “discourages the development of longer life devices” which ignores the facts that 1) there is a tradeoff between battery life and device size; and 2) even if the device could be supplied with an infinite battery (e.g., rechargeable) replacement of the device may still be necessary as the either electronic components of the device would eventually fail.
These distortions and inaccuracies make me doubt the other examples with which I have less industry experience.
Finally, the quiz at the end focuses on numeric or superficial facts rather than core understanding. Example: "How many chapters are in the MDR" Questions like this don't demonstrate comprehension of the material but merely the ability to recall random facts from the course.
Overall, I cannot recommend this course.

Thank you for your feedback. It is greatly appreciated. I have shared this with the subject matter expert, and development team. The current feedback is that they are working on the assessment questions in this course, to make them more focused on core understanding. They other items you have brought up will also be examined. Thanks, again.

I bought part of a program for 270$ and got few slides of general knowledge that anyone may already know just by common sense
Response from Biopharma InstituteMay 12, 2023
Dear Student,
Sorry you feel the course content was general knowledge and common sense. Possibly you had skipped some of the course sections or you already a highly experienced GMP auditor.
I understand you enrolled into our FDA Inspection Readiness - Part 1 of 3 program, which describes how to be an effective GMP auditor. This program is a quick paced 45 minute course which goes through an Introduction to GMP Auditing, The GMP Audit Process, Phase 1: Preparation and Planning of the GMP Audit, Phase 2: Performing the Quality Audit, Phase 3: Preparation, Approval & Distribution of the Audit Report, Phase 4: Audit Closure, The System Based Approach, How to be a successful auditor, Examples of Audit Findings, Examples of GMP non-compliance, Quality systems, Facility systems, Equipment systems, Material systems, Production and process control systems, Packaging and labelling, Laboratory control systems, Organizational and personnel, Records and reports, and Returned and salvaged products.
We feel these areas described and case studies introduced make an excellent and appropriate training those who will be auditing GMP compliant facilities.
What would you have liked to see from this training?
If you are unhappy with its content, I suggest you reach out to Biopharma Support to discuss this. We could exchange this course for another, which may provide content that you are seeking.
The fee for this course is $199. And with our current 5% discount, the price actually comes to $179.10. If you overpaid for this we will certainly refund the overpayment.
Have a great day.

Course Content did not match final exam
The cGMP Pharmaceutical CAPA course's curriculum did not line up with the exam. The inability to verify understanding after passing the test was the other problem. I had to retake the test three times, and I'm still unsure of my results. I gained no new knowledge from this course that I didn't previously know.
Response from Biopharma InstituteFeb 16, 2023
Sorry to hear about your experience with our CAPA course. This course is a part of our core GMP training program, and usually gets very high reviews from students. I understand your frustration with the assessment questions not being revealed. This is our most common complaint from students. Some of our courses do provide this information. However, it is best practice not to reveal answers in certification programs, as they tend to get published and shared among coworkers. This is what we are trying to avoid with our core GMP certification program.
Regarding alignment between the assessment and course materials, we aim to have everything in our assessments presented in the course materials. Based on your review, I have opened a ticket to review this course and the assessment, to be sure they are aligned. If this is not the case, I apologize.
Thank you for your feedback. It is always appreciated.

I was not able to print a certificate for this most recent recertification.
Response from Biopharma InstituteNov 21, 2022
Hi Dorothy, I see you are enrolled into our free trial course. These courses are abridged training programs, and offer only a small portion of our full length courses for demonstration purposes. Because they are demo courses, they are not available for "recertification".
Thank you for choosing Biopharma Institute. If you do require any support, we are available to access from within your student training portal account.
Thank you for your review and understanding.
