Ron and Guy are fantastic. They both worked hard to get the devices authorized and both went out of their way to do so and helped me with any and all questions. They both returned emails/calls very fast. The device was easy to learn and is doing well so far. I hope it will help with my medical condition. I feel very confident of this company because of the great customer service I have received from Ron and Guy. This was not easy going thru my insurance, but they persevered and got the job done --- great job! Thank you so much!
