I have been a user of he L300 and 300…
I have been a user of he L300 and 300 plus for some time now. During my last visit with my clinician I found out that my current system would no longer be supported.. After all, it was 11 years in the using and technology which changed drastically during that time, so it didn't come as a complete surprise. I was fitted for the L300 go and since that day that's all I have been doing.....going and going. That battery bunny has nothing on me....and just when I thought I might be left out in the woods having no support...Bang! The 300 Go!

Great device and staff
I seldom review any products, and discount 5-star ratings because I think most are vastly inflated. Multiple sclerosis has gradually curtailed my ability to walk, and so to work. The Bioness L300 is a clever device that uses my nervous system to let me walk much more normally— no miracle, but effectively reversing a few years of decline, which extravagantly expensive medicines failed to achieve. (One thing I have hated most is being wheeled through every airport.) Bioness’ competent, cheerful staff staff taught me how to use the L300 and helped me navigate obstacles like penny-wise, pound-foolish health insurance.

My experience with the Bioness Company…
My experience with the Bioness Company has been excellent. From the moment I decided to go with the FES device, I have been really impressed with the customer service I have received from each representative that I have encountered in the process. Each representative at Bioness from the sales and insurance professionals to the physical therapist who actually set up the device parameters and taught me the operational steps involved to use the system, answered my questions with knowledge, professionalism and integrity. I am thankful to the bioengineers who developed this device. It has improved the quality of living and has assisted me in being able to stay independent.
