Trouble often with pairing to my phone

The Bioness is an amazing product. Very helpful, and makes walking easier. in the beginning it iS challenging to position it in the right place but with time it becomes easier. Customer service is not very responding, calls and emails are not returned and the feeling you have is that there is no one to talk to. Field personnel are helpful.

The device is great when it works. I have been wearing it for almost 15 years. The major problem is customer service. They have put all their resources into sales, and are grossly understaffed considering the devices needs tweaking every 9-12 months. And, it is impossible to get a tech rep on the phone. Call backs can take upwards of 48 hours if at all. I have waited weeks to see a tech support rep, and since it is hard for me to go without the unit for that long, it is a problem. That being said, the Bionesse definitely keeps me going. My newest Bionesse rep Dipesh, has been the best I’ve worked with since getting the device, but the territory he has to cover is extremely large. I really wish they would put more resources into tech support, which I’m sure would increase their sales. The MS center that I go to no longer wants to recommend the Bionesse because of the lack of customer service.

I have not been able to sync My devices with the “Intensity” regulators. I can only regulate the intensive manually.

The Bioness is great so far and the rep has been very helpful. Only reason for 3 stars is that there is no available help in using the device after purchase. For the amount of money this device costs, that’s ridiculous. The rep is only here 1 day a month and there is only 1 therapist in town to help, and can’t get in for even an evaluation for a month. Not happy that I have to change therapists just to work with this device and have to wait to get in. In a city the size of San Antonio there should be more people to help after getting this device. I’m having to drive 3 hours to Austin to meet rep and she is only in Austin 1 day a month too. There should be more therapists trained to use it. Our therapist was more than willing to learn, and is the owner of his facility, but has to purchase the device. It’s a shame. More people would be able to get this device if it was available in more facilities and help was closer.

Delivery of the unit was a nightmare and delivered on time. I couldn't get a follow up call back from the representative in California.

The first Bioness that I had worked extremely well for me (5 stars) however after I ordered the newer model (about 15 years later) it's not working as well. I recommend working with a physical therapist for a while to make sure it's right for you before purchase. If you are right for the product it is amazing.
