The device is somewhat difficult to maneuver under the knee. It also requires an additional component that costs more to adjust the auditory. It doesn't feel comfortable. At least for me, it requires the foot sensor & I have to adjust the positioning of the placement of the sensor. It doesn't lift my toe part of my foot.

you provided me with a defective cuff. don't you test the units before shipping them? this has significantly delayed my use of the l300

I give the sales rep the 2 stars. She did not keep us informed when my husband's medical records weren't received within 2 weeks. She didn't seem to understand the process we needed to have insurance consider paying for his. (We needed a denial from Medicare.) She didn't keep track of the delivery address I sent to her in an email. And lastly, she overcharged us $300 by accident, but never called to tell me. I had to contact her and ask about the overcharge. That's when she told me she had asked to have $300 taken off my charge. I have enough to worry about without the stress she caused. As for the actual person who helped us get my husband started with the equipment, I'd give 10 stars.

I genuinely like the devices but my area rep is less than accommodating and has yet to meet with my therapists to show how to utilize during therapy. Obviously units are expensive, insurance won't cover for me so that's a minus but I figured hey I want to function again so let's try anyway. Was rushed to fit both devices in an hour or so and fine tuning is a bit off. I was told during first demo that we would meet and get them all set and ready to go at my outpatient facility and didn't end up being the case, my facility doesn't have the technology so makes it harder but it's not feasible for me to drive 3 hours 2x per week to a place that does, I figured hey maybe they'll see this as an opportunity to get their product in another facility but I guess they don't see it that way. Staff at main office have always been professional and helpful. I am at this point planning on returning leg device and keeping arm, opposite of what I originally thought when ordering. Products are great but support has been issue for me.

Helpful but extremely awkward. I received the Bioness in July. I only had one fitting session with a PT & 2 wks to get used to it B4 international travel. When it's on, I walk better. Many issues of dissatisfaction. 1. Stiff & heavy. It's too awkward to wear under some pants. Difficult to maneuver to go to the bathroom - a common MS issue. The framework pinches & causes blisters. Not every user looks like model in the ads. 2. Poor engineering. Parts are flimsy. Electrodes easily unsnap. I lost one while manipulating pants in the bathroom. Didn't realize until later. The belt holster is already cracking. The charging covers are flimsy & will probably break easily. 3. Beep feedback for unknown reasons. When in stand-by mode beeps after just a few moments of inactivity. People w/ MS are not on the move constantly. Must sit down to rest between periods of activity. 4. Control unit should measure by steps, not just off/on. Gait mode needs to account for strides better. Knowing what I know now, I probably would not have purchased the unit. I will try to get some more PT training to improve my experience with it.
