Incredible technology. Office staff was efficient in working through the paperwork. Field rep spent a lot of time with us making sure we knew how to use the product.

Bioness is comprised of dedicated employees who are all committed to helping patients and ensuring that they have a positive experience doing business with them. Since my diagnosis, I can honestly say that there have been very few health entities and/or professionals that treated me with the same level of care and respect that Bioness has. While the products they offer are expensive, they do work and Bioness offers superior customer service and ongoing support. Thank you Bioness!

The associates I dealt with at Bioness were very helpful getting me the L300 Go. I worked with Steven Vizcarra to start. When he went on leave Christina Harper took over for him. They worked together on getting the insurance claim approval. After two different denials by the insurance company were received, they worked on getting the trade-in of my old L300 for the new L300 Go. They provided all of the forms needed to do the transaction. I have an L300 Go; they have my L300; Carla will be here on March 14th to calibrate and train me on the L300 Go, and complete everything. This entire experience has been excellent, working with these individuals.

I really like my new Bioness! It allows me to walk as close to normal as possible! Guy was a pleasure to work with and explained everything on how to use it etc. What I like most about it is I no longer have to buy 2 pair of shoes to get a good fit in order to wear it! I reccomend it for anyone who can afford it as is not covered by Insurance Too bad as it's a pleasure to wear for those of us who need it for foot drop . Thank you Bioness for letting me know there's something out there to help with footdrop!
