Hi everyone, one of rare few that have had a Bioness L300 since 2012, I believe.🤔 have c5c6 Spinal Cord Injury.. had been using wired Neurostim devices with wired foot trigger(pressure switch) all the wires, what hassle. Then I found Bioness L300, superior to Walkaide IMHO. Between my Rep and PT and a lot of adaptation kicked off AFO. After a week knew was perfect for me, within 2 months barely a limp(had to wear shorts in public so people didn5 knock me down. ;) Just spoke with my Rep Julie to try out L300go, time for upgrade! Just wanted everyone here to know stick with it. Will re-educate you system. Good Luck, GOD Bless Dane

Julie is one of the most caring and knowledgeable physical therapists I have met. Her expertise and guidance has made finding an FES device that will work best for me a wonderful experience. Sandra has been there for me throughout the finance and purchasing process. As you may know, dealing with financing is probably one of the most challenging parts for people with disabilities. Sandra went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I understood every facet of the purchasing process. Sandra's help and dedication was exceptional and I really appreciate her support. I can tell from my experiences that Bioness really cares about the people they help, and that caring is part of the Bioness culture. I look forward to working with everyone at Bioness going forward and I simply cannot wait to see how much my new devices will help me.

Mary, our sales rep, and Christina, our contact back at the home office, did an outstanding job assisting us to purchase 2 Bioness devices. They set tight for a couple of months while we charted our best course with our healthcare providers, and then helped to expedite our purchase once we determined which direction we wanted to go. Mary in particular knows what she's doing, and was very impressive. For that matter, once we gave the green light on the order, Christina did an excellent job as well. I know others have commented negatively on customer service issues. That was not our case on the front end. Hopefully that will not be an issue as we move forward.

I really like the L300 device!!! The Bioness contact was amazing to work with, listened to concerns, answered questions, truly worked with me to get the best product! I felt as though I was truly important to Bioness. I love walking with my device and feel so strong!

From my first phone conversation thru my most recent contact with the Bioness team, my interaction has been nothing but positive, honest, and supportive. They are very professional and genuinely seem to care about me and my goal of improved gait, balance, and walking speed.

Michelle is as personable, down to earth and understanding as she is knowledgeable- from both an OT and rep perspective. She loves what she does and it’s evident. We are so excited about the opportunities the Bioness system can provide for our son!
