I love the new Bioness 300
I love the new Bioness 300. I feel more confident with this device over the older model. It is great to be able to walk barefoot and not have to worry about having the extra piece in my show. I have severe foot drop and without this, I wouldn't be able to walk as far and not have to worry about my toes curling and tripping me up. Thanks Bioness.

Fitting of the new L300GO and subsequent operation
For the new L300GO needed to see the local Bioness clinical representative twice to help with the fitting of the device. After the second session the device worked well for about a week, then had the problem of no matter where we positioned the stim cuff (tried for at least an hour) could not get the right foot to respond in the outward direction. Called the main office and within the day got back to us with help. Nothing said stood out as a fix for the problem, but to get the pads wet. We had been blotting the pads of water so that they were probably somewhat dry or held only some percentage of what should be the "standard wet" amount. After the call we decided to get them wet, and with minimal drying found that was the problem. Had called the local clinical specialist and she did get back to us (had been on vacation) within a day of her return, since I had called her twice, with the third call telling her of the solution. So with a red face and humble attitude found the enemy was none other than both wife and husband being somewhat ignorant of the wetting process for the pads. The clinical rep was very kind, upon hearing of out plight messages, and responded that should we need any further assistance to notify her to resolve any issue that might arise so any problem would be taken care of to the satisfaction of all involved.

Only problem was a miscommunication…
Only problem was a miscommunication regarding the first products coming in for the right leg when I needed left leg products. Great people to work with.
