Everyone I have dealt with was/is knowledgeable about the L300. Kim, JZ, and now William are professional and easy to work with. Kim was totally encouraging me when I was sceptible the cuff would not fit around my fat calf. They answered all my questions, helping me feel more confident. I'm very grateful to all who granted my financial hardship award. The L300 is still expensive for me. However, I would not have been able to purchase it without the lower price. After the training that I had today, I know my right leg will continue to improve. I see myself walking more, giving up the walker because I won't need it! I'd like to write another review in a month about further progress. Thank you so much for this product. I have always found Bioness to be friendly and helpful from the first time I started to use them in 2005.

I wear bilateral Bioness’s. I was impressed with the new L300 Go! No more Gait sensor. I can wear any shoes I want. I love the freedom and confidence the Ness provides. My Bioness rep understands the product!! The customer service is amazing. Ness goes out of their way to help their customers. I would highly recommend this product.

Discussion on the very start of order and how it was explain to us was so clear, no delay in receiving the L300 GO, Mr. Ron Doud was very accomodating, Thank You.

My Bioness L300 GO had just been fitted the afternoon of March 24th and my car was broken into. Thankfully I was wearing the device but had all the equipment to re-charge and operate it with in my back seat. I had gone to one of the grandkids swim meets immediately following my appointment in the San Fernando Valley. When I returned to my car the back door was unlocked and the bag was gone. Nothing else was disturbed all the other doors were still locked. After exhausting all on site-property services, Lost & Found/Security, Swim office for drop off of items. I returned to the parking lot to search the areas trash receptacles The following day I went to Van Nuys Police department and filed a claim and again returned to the offices at the park, security and Lost & Found and nothing. I contacted Cassandra Baskin at the Bioness Co. left her a voice mail. I told her my saga and she returned my call the following day and said she had spoken to her manager and they offered to replace the charger & the one package of electrodes that were in the lost bag. The one charge the device had prior to my appointment for fitting lasted until Tuesday of the following week. When I returned home that Tuesday after our Volunteer luncheon for Northridge Hospital there was my Bioness gift. I removed my device from my calf and the electrode and immediately put it in the L300GO into the charger. I know of no other company so willing to help out one in need. I am a senior with limited income and had to apply for financial assistance to obtain the device and this process was also painless. This device has once again brought life back into this one user and I hope you don't wait to get your life on your legs back! GO FOR IT!
