This device helps me keep up with my two very active boys, both play sports and are involved in Scouts. The L300 Go has improved my quality of life, I am able to do more, walk faster, and it decreases the level of my pain. The Bioness representatives go above and beyond! I worked with Lorena Russel for almost a year trying to get the device approved by my Insurance. We are a military family and it was approved weeks before we moved to Texas. She and Michelle at UNC made calls to get me the device and an appointment at a facility that was booked. I was thankful to be able to get it all set up before we left!!
