The personnel are terrific. All the folks in the different departments at the main office are always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and professional. They have never left me with an unanswered question or unresolved issue. Courtney, the Eastern PA representative, is the same. Always helpful. Knows her stuff. Couldn't be nicer

I am very happy with my bloness for my leg lt has helped my foot drop tremendously i have had it for three weeks and can walk for 30 minutes a Day part of the time with out my cane. I just love it

I was able to try the unit before purchasing and was amazed at the improvements over the original. Carla from Bioness fine tuned the Bioness Go unit today and answered all my questions and concerns. The setup and Q and A took less than 1 hour. Luckily she was able to come to my house. The unit is extremely easy to charge and operate. I love the fact that I can wear sandals or go barefoot. The pads do need to be replaced every 2 weeks. Other than that there is virtually no maintenance. The unit requires no external control or shoe sensor (unlike the previous version). I am fortunate that my insurance covered the majority of the cost. Very satisfied so far. The old unit was purchased in 2014 and still works, but will no longer be supported. I am guessing the new unit will be as durable. Highly recommend for anyone with foot drop.

Bioness has has improved my quality of life. I am able to get out and about

I have owned and used a Bioness since 2011 and am excited to evolve to the Bioness Go System. The unit saves me so much energy and I am able to do so much, I feel like it saved my life and certainly kept me out of a ♿. I have walked the Marginal Way in Maine, hiked Haystack Mountain in Vermont and walked all over Devil's Canyon in Colorado. I am so looking forward to my next adventure!

Just starting to use my device, but so far, everything has been great and the customer service has been excellent. I had my first PT appointment using the device today and I am really excited about where this might take my walking.
