Stimrouter. Very Disappointed. I was in hospital for 4 days total getting 2 Stimrouter wires inserted into my thigh. Two weeks later they turned on the Stimrouter which worked for like ten minutes if I kept my leg perfectly still. After a few days the devise stopped working completely. They scheduled a fluoroscopy a week later to help locate the wires in My leg and target the Bioness sensors but that didn’t work either. I have two Bioness wires in my leg for the rest of my life with no relief except for 3000 mg of Gabapenten every day.

Poor customer service. Forced to buy from Bioness and not local distributor as Bioness does not like distributors. Purposely, the wrong unit was sent. Such mean spirited behavior and gross incompetence is unbecoming.

Awful customer service not to mention it took weeks to ship after getting approved through insurance just an all over haggle.

I purchased a Bioness product.........had 1 hour of education. Got on line asked for PT ...I did receive exercises to download; which I did. It is a product which one purchases due to being unable to walk adequately. I feel a 6 week PT making the patient feel comfortable is necessary before releasing them with 1 hour of education. The first appointment is all computer and getting the device in the correct position and then connecting it to your phone for operation. My complaint is no professional guidance on the device. Went on u-tube, not much there either. The warranty for refund expires before your knowledge of the product. I think Bioness forgets they are dealing with Brain INJURY Stroke, and other handicaps that cannot assimilate on a short term basis. Six weeks of regular PT and encouragement is necessary for maximum usefulness.

I need more guidance on how to use the device. It is not working well in the walking mode. Can someone come to my home to help me? I am paying a lot of money for this device! Brian Franck

The way the pricing was set up, if you did not replace your old Bioness with the Bioness L300Go within in a certain period of time you were left in a position of not knowing with any certainty what the new Bioness L300Go would cost in the future. So, I bought it, and it does not work nearly as well as the older model Bioness. It is constantly slipping down and out of position, and it is really hard to adjust to the proper amount of stimulation. Sometimes I have to take 10 steps before I can even tell if the Bioness L300Go is on. It does not work nearly as well as promised. Be very careful before you purchase this device and ask if you can try it out at no cost before you decide to purchase it.

Be very careful of this company they will take your money and never talk to you again. Make them let you try the system for at least 12 months before making and kind of payment except for a small deposit.Had system for two years still doesn't work. It takes sometimes 6 months to see a representative. Just want every one to be aware of this scam.

It took so long to get and I don’t drive and when I got a ride it ended up they sent wrong leg. Now at home by myself I fell and told them just come and get it.
