At first we were unsure how the Bioness L 300 GO would work. First the cost was out of my budget. I'm on Social Security Disability and my medical insurance is Medicare and Medicaid. I had been wearing the Bioness L300 since 2008. My warranty was not renewable since 2017. I received an offer making it afforable. Thanks to an unknown donor. I was excited, even though I didn't still have enough to buy it. My parents offered to buy it for me, I will pay them back a little a month until it's paid off. I'm finally getting use to it, going to try to download the app.

I love my L300 Go I had the old version with the gait sensor but my new one is awesome. I can walk barefoot with this one. I can wear a variety of shoes and boots now. I cannot imagine my life without it.

I have absolutely no issues with Bioness. The BionessGo is an upgrade from my Bioness L300 Plus. I can now control both the knee cuff and the thigh cuff with my phone. Thank you Bioness!

This has been a very easy process. Instructions were very clear and everyone has been helpful and interested in how I am doing.

I’ve been using the thigh and calf cuff for a week now and I’m getting used to it. I can definitely walk a little further than before. I don’t use it when I go to the gym in the morning for an hour but keep it on the rest of the day and I have accumulated an average of a bit more than a mile everyday. The only negative I’d have to say is I would have liked to have a person to person follow up with the representative to go over any questions or concerns I might have.

My neurologist gave me a Bioness L300GO brochure after I expressed frustration at being stuck with a foot drop for the rest of my life. I called the number and my Bioness experience began. Tom Smalley screened me and determined I was a candidate for the device. He set a trial appointment with Kom Kopka the Bioness representative for my area. The trial went perfectly, for the first time in over 3 years I could walk normally lifting my foot and coming down on my heel. I was beyond thrilled and I wanted the device! I was handed off to Yesenia Guzman who as I can tell is mostly responsible for my getting the device. Yesenia navigated the complicated world of the prescription from my neurologist, my insurance company and medicare. She is a real pro and was very patient with my many emails and questions. The device arrived and is everything I had hoped it would be. I am still getting accustomed to it and am beyond satisfied. The customer service I have experienced with the Bioness team has been over the top. Calls and emails returned promptly and every step of the process thoroughly explained. Tom, Kim, and Yesenia have all been polite, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I would give them 6 stars if I could!
