Ron was patient and thorough...always willing to answer questions or help with ideas for possible funding sources. Will was patient and accommodating in helping me practice with the Bioness. I had so much hesitation and so many questions! Both Will and Ron were patient with each one.

Week 2. It seems to be working. Went out yesterday shopping and wore the cuff. No problems. The only thing that I am trying to do is learning to not be constantly aware that I am wearing it. I think it will come with time and usage. It has 4 plus years since my stroke. It the first time I have walked without a brace. You do not know what that feels like. Great investment.

Hi Ross- Thank you so much for sharing your progress with us! We are happy to hear about the difference in your experience, from wearing a brace to the L300 Go. You are right that it does take a little time to get used to wearing the device. A six weak conditioning period usually, as the muscles become stronger and develop new memory. If you have any questions about this period, please don't hesitate to reach out to us or your Bioness rep! Sincerely, The Bioness Web Marketing Team

Excellent customer service from the local rep also the regional folks. I am in week three using the L300 GO but am amazed at the results. Gait and stability is much better and I expect continued improvement in the future.

L300 Seems to be working. Getting it wet every 4 hours is tough while working. I wish the electrodes lasted longer than 2 weeks.
Response from Bioness Medical, Inc.Feb 26, 2020
Hi Jill - thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that your device is working for you! Regarding electrode replacement, for hygienic and health purposes it is best practice to change them every two weeks to avoid stimulation inhibition and an unsterilized environment for the skin. If you would like more information on this, please give us a call and we would be happy to answer any questions you have. Sincerely, The Bioness Web Marketing Team

I was very impressed with the lady you sent to set up my new L300 go. However, it is thoroughly disappointing that I had to purchase the my Bioness app for my iPhone to have the convenience of controlling the device.
Response from Bioness Medical, Inc.Feb 26, 2020
Hi Gary - Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate your feedback! Our company is proud to serve customers with our expert team of clinical specialists. Regarding the app, the MyBioness Mobile App is a great way to manage device use, measure results, and save costs compared to our control unit. If you ever need an app tutorial, please reach out to us and we would be happy to walk you through. In the meantime, if you have any questions about your device or account please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Sincerely, The Bioness Web Marketing Team

I have only had the device for a few days. Customer support has been real good with any questions I have had to ask. They recommend an app they have but after reading the bad reviews and seeing that they charge $25 I am not going to waste my money on it. It is a shame that the app isn't more affordable after you spend so much for the device. They should include with your device.
Response from Bioness Medical, Inc.Feb 26, 2020
Hi Walter - thank you for writing this review, we appreciate your feedback and honesty. Providing customers with good service is our priority. Regarding the mobile app, the app is actually an alternative to the device control unit at a significantly lower cost. If you ever change your mind, we will be happy to walk you through the app experience. Please don't hesitate to reach out to otherwise if you have any questions about your device or account. We're here to help. :-) Sincerely, The Bioness Web Marketing Team
